Billing questions
How long does a plan last?
Every plan lasts one year from the day you pay. You can turn auto-renew off at any time before the renewal date.
What happens if I stop renewing?
Your plan ends on its expiry date and its features lock. Your data is not deleted, and renewing brings everything back.
Is the digital QR available straight away?
Yes. Your digital QR appears in your dashboard as soon as your payment is confirmed. The printed card is posted on the next working day.
Is payment secure?
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your plan is activated only after the payment is verified by our server.
